In like a lion, out like a lamb...
Hard to believe, but March (or Maarrch, as Bostonians say it) is nearly over. I'm always excited this time of year when Spring is coming. There is no lost love between me and Winter after Christmastime. I'm already formulating plans in my head for walks in the city, planting our porch herb garden, picnics in the Commons, Restaurant Week, trips to the Cape or Maine seashore...and most of all graduation in May and an empty Boston after the students go home. Boston in Summer is absolute heaven, but we couldn't really sit back and enjoy it last year with all the wedding preparation hubub.
The next few weeks will be the busiest and most hectic of the year. Room Selection is here, folks. March Madness has nothing on the mayhem that ensures with BU students, all of them, picking their housing assignments for next year. Needless to say, don't hold your breath expecting to see or hear from me until after April 7th.
Some big, big top-secret projects are underway in the Gibbs household. We are making an attempt at entreprenurialism to see what we can do on our own to start our own little business inside our home. More details will come as things are finalized...with weblinks for you to behold. ;-)
I hope whether this blog entry finds you, that you are doing well.
