Walking back, we look lots of pictures of the waterways and the city. The afternoon was gorgeous and warm and breezy with bright blue skies making an appearance again.

Walking back to near the Royal Theater, we picked up a tour around Djurgården.

In the evening, we went to one of the best restaurants in the city, Gondolan. It had a beautiful view of the city (please excuse the glare from the pictures taken through the plate glass windows at our table).

In the evening, we got together with Alex (short for Alexandra), Alyssa's friend and host sister of 3 weeks when she was finishing her year abroad. Alyssa and I joined her and her friends Helena and Lisa for “girls night out” (ha!).  With Alyssa catching up rapidly with Alex, I wandered off toward Östermalm to get some drinking and dancing on with all these women.

The place we went looked like the setting from a Bacardi or Hennessey VS cognac commercial - there was not an ugly, old, fat, or ill-dressed person in the place and it was very chic (although a regular cocktail ran $15 a pop).  Alyssa explained that most people drink before they go out, and have a couple drinks out instead.
